Cuvée Membliarus is named after the Phoenician Governor of Santorini. The vines are planted on the slopes of the Bekaa Valley at an altitude of 1,000 metres above sea level, where the warm days are tempered by cooler nights.

Vinification took place separately for each variety. cold skin-contact maceration, controlled fermentation, with bâtonnage of the fine lees. The three wines were blended and matured for a total of 10 months leaving the wine with a lovely texture peach, bergamot, lemon, citrus, pear and white flowers are complemented by buttery overtones.
