Vinification took place separately for each variety. cold skin-contact maceration, controlled fermentation, with bâtonnage of the fine lees. The three wines were blended and matured for a total of 10 months leaving the wine with a lovely texture peach, bergamot, lemon, citrus, pear and white flowers are complemented by buttery overtones.
